Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://web-mriya.com (the "Website"), operated by WebMriya ("WebMriya", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What the Website is for

The Website presents WebMriya as a software development company: our engineering capabilities and dedicated frontend teams, case studies of projects we have delivered, and articles on web engineering, architecture and related topics. It also lets you contact us or book a call to discuss a potential collaboration.

Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement for software development or other services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and WebMriya, which takes precedence over these Terms for the matters it covers.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• send spam, unsolicited advertising or automated submissions through the contact form or booking tools;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting infrastructure or connected services, or interfere with their normal operation;
• scrape, copy or mirror the Website at a scale that places an unreasonable load on it, or reproduce its content in breach of section 3;
• upload or transmit malware, or any content that is defamatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful;
• impersonate WebMriya, our team members or any other person.

We may block access to the Website, or ignore submissions, where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

3. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, the WebMriya name and logo, and the texts, articles, graphics and code on it are owned by WebMriya or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may view and share links to the Website and quote short excerpts from our articles for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit WebMriya and link to the original page.
• Code examples in blog articles are provided for educational purposes; you may use them in your own projects at your own risk, without any warranty from us.
• Client names, logos, screenshots and product descriptions in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe our work. Their appearance does not imply any licence to use them.

Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use of Website content requires our prior written permission.

4. Information you send us

When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets or source code through the contact form; if a discussion requires it, we will agree a non-disclosure agreement first. Communication through the Website alone does not create a confidential or contractual relationship. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Content accuracy

We put care into the Website, but its content — including articles, estimates, technology comparisons and descriptions of laws such as GDPR or HIPAA — is general information, not professional, legal, financial or compliance advice for your specific situation. Technology and regulations change quickly, and some content may become outdated. Results and metrics in case studies describe specific projects and are not a guarantee of results on yours.

6. Third-party services and links

The Website uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly for call booking, EmailJS for delivering messages, and external sites such as LinkedIn, Telegram, X, client products and cited sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including articles and case studies — at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMriya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate WebMriya for reasonable losses and costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first — please write to us before taking formal action. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Translations

These Terms are available in English and Ukrainian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
